Terms of Service

All frames on the website are sold as is. Most frames are used, and will be sold in their described and photographed condition. As with any eyeglass frame purchase, please check sizes carefully. We provide a detailed breakdown of each frame's measurements. 

New lenses should be installed by an optical store with the knowledge and expertise in handling such frames. As with any pair of used frames, the possibility of breakage exists while heating the plastic and installation of the lenses. Vintage used frames are more delicate due to their age. New Eyes will not be responsible for any frame that is damaged or broken while being adjusted or during the installation of the lenses.
